Why undertake executive coaching with me?
Leadership and professional careers, can be exhilarating and rewarding, whilst simultaneously being incredibly challenging. Leaders, in particular, are people who for a complex range of reasons, can be at risk of derailing from their original intent.
I will offer you a confidential reflective space where we collaboratively assimilate and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. We will revisit what is working for you and what is working against you right now.

I am specifically trained to work with clients in exploring areas that may be more driven by unconscious processes than they initially realise. Together we look at how these deep seated patterns, beliefs, motivations and life anchors are having an impact.

We will co-create clear and achievable goals that align with personal aspirations and the organisation's objectives. We identify specific areas for development and explore these collaboratively.

I will help you identify and clarify your personal values and how these can align most effectively with your life. We explore how integrated your personal values are currently. I will enable you to foster a sense of authenticity and purpose in your professional life.
Harnessing Strengths.
Placing importance on leveraging existing strengths and capabilities to drive your growth and development, we work to examine how to bring these into your daily life. By identifying and building upon your natural talents, skills, and attributes, your performance will be enhanced, alongside improved confidence, and overall sense of well-being.
Reflective Practice.
I encourage clients to engage in reflective practice continually whilst in coaching, inviting them to explore their experiences, challenges, and successes in between sessions. I help clients access feedback from all around them, gaining clearer insights to gain alternative perspectives, challenge limiting beliefs, and uncover blind spots. This reflective process enhances self-awareness, fosters learning, and supports ongoing development.
Sustainable Change and Integration
I work with clients to ensure that the changes and insights gained during coaching are sustainable and integrated into their everyday work lives. Through ongoing support, reinforcement, and accountability, I help clients develop new habits, overcome obstacles, and embed their learning into their lives.
Evaluation and Measurement
I regularly evaluate and measure the impact of my coaching interventions, tracking clients' progress towards their goals and understanding the perceived effectiveness of the coaching process. This data-driven approach ensures that coaching remains focused, relevant, and impactful for clients and organisations.
What is my approach?
By combining my training from the Tavistock Institute and KDVI, along with my expertise as a psychologist, I offer a comprehensive coaching approach that addresses the psychological dynamics, values, strengths, and goals of individuals in the workplace.
As part of the regulated psychologist profession in the UK, my coaching approach is based on the latest science and research in personal development.
The coaching I received from Helen made such a difference in how I view myself and those around me. Many of the coaching sessions focused on understanding patterns I had not realised were being repeated time and time again but in different settings and with new people.
