I offer a comprehensive and effective 1-on-1 coaching approach for individuals in the workplace. I work both in the UK and internationally.
I have chosen to adopt a psychodynamic systemic approach to my group coaching and have trained with both KDVI and The Tavistock Institute.
I conduct full diagnostic assessments to identify neurodiversity among individuals in the workplace. Assessments are for working adults only.

As a psychologist specialising in executive assessment, I create bespoke and unbiased assessments tailored to organisations' needs.
I am pleased to offer a comprehensive two-day workshop designed specifically for teams and groups, focusing on Emotional Intelligence (EI). This workshop aims to enhance participants' understanding and application of emotional intelligence to drive personal and team success. As part of this workshop, all participants will complete the EQi measure and have a 1on1 feedback session with me or one of my associate coaches. I also provide Resilience at Work workshops; this two-day workshop aims to enhance participants’ ability to adapt, cope, and thrive in the face of challenges and change.
